| Instructions: | Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly oil muffin tins or line with paper cups. Combine all wet ingredients together in a measuring cup. Beat the eggs then add the wet ingredients. Combine all dry ingredients and add them to the mixture alternating with the banana until they are well mixed. Pour the batter into the muffin tins. Bake for 10-25 minutes until tops are browned. Remove and let cool. Makes about 12 muffins. |
