 | | 1/2 cup | Brown Rice, Organic |  | | 1 cup | Chicken or Vegetable Broth |  | | 1 tbsp | Dried Onion |  | | 1 tbsp | Dried Parsley |  | | 1/2 tsp | Pepper |  | | 1/2 cup | Pot Barley, Organic |  | | 1 cup | water |  |

| Instructions: | In the morning add water and grains to the bowl of a rice steamer and let the grains soak until the evening. Use a strainer to drain water and place in steamer bowl again. Add water to reservoir and turn on the steamer. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and steam for 50-60 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved.
