 | | 6 ounces | Chicken or Vegetable Broth |  | | 1 cup | Chopped Broccoli, organic |  | | 1/4 cup | Cilantro, chopped |  | | 1 cup | Pot Barley, Organic |  | | to taste | Salt |  | | 1/2 cup | Water |  |

| Instructions: | Using a plastic steamer fill resevoir with water and turn on steamer. Add Pot Barley water and broth to bowl. Steam for 50 minutes or until tender. Add the broccoli and steam until the broccoli is tender. Add cilantro, season and serve.
